Toronto police identify woman found in garbage bag, looking for son

Toronto police have identified the woman discovered dead in a garbage bag in Leslieville Monday as 46-year-old Tien Ly.
Investigators asked the public for assistance finding Ly’s son, Dallas, who is 20 years old and from Toronto. Police said that “the state” of Ly’s residence “caused concern” and contributed to the need to locate Dallas Ly.
