Toronto couple accused of stealing millions from Canadians in cyber fraud arrested

Two Toronto residents are facing criminal charges after allegedly defrauding hundreds of Canadian victims out of millions of dollars, the RCMP said in a news release. The couple have been identified as Chakib Mansouri, 29, and Majdouline Alouah, 31.
