A man is dead and his brother is wanted in connection with a late-night homicide in the Scarborough area, according to Toronto police.
They say officers were dispatched to an apartment building in the area around Kingston and Markham roads at around 11 p.m. Saturday, for reports of a shooting. Police say two men were arguing when one shot the other.
The victim, 27-year-old Christopher Malcolm from Toronto, was taken to an area hospital by paramedics, where he was pronounced dead. Police say they are looking to arrest the victim’s brother, 25-year-old Carlton Malcolm, also from Toronto, on charges of second-degree murder.
Global’s Caryn Lieberman reports.
