In a home invasion and carjacking incident in Rexdale, Toronto, police arrested two out of three suspects after responding to reports of an armed individual on Wednesday.
The suspects broke into a residence and stole 2 of the residents’ cars before fleeing the scene.
Police managed to track down one vehicle, leading to a collision and a brief foot chase, resulting in the arrest of one suspect and the recovery of a firearm. The second vehicle was located at Weston and the 401, where the second suspect was apprehended.
