These jalapeño turmeric chicken burgers from Vessel Meats were way too unique to pass up—ground chicken patties wrapped in caul fat! I fired them up on my Napoleon charcoal grill, grilling them gently and flipping regularly until they hit 165°F internal. The caul fat created an unreal crust while keeping the inside tender and juicy.
To top them off, I made a killer creamy mix using Liberté Greek yogurt, That’s Good Everything BBQ seasoning by Maritime Madness, and Maritime Madness’ Candied Jalapeño Hot Sauce. That sweet heat blended perfectly with the tangy yogurt. Add some pickled peppers, lettuce, and a toasted bun, and this burger was absolute perfection.
