When users upload “Street” videos, filmed by their own cellphone cameras, they automatically agree to a term that the ownership rights of the uploaded video transfer to WeSeeHipHop.com. This ownership transfer applies specifically to “Street” videos filmed by users on their cellphones. However, for music videos, WeSeeHipHop.com does not claim any ownership rights unless they are filmed and produced by us.
The website offers for purchase specific promotional slots such as featured slots and a ‘New Fire’ video slot. These slots are sold as services and do not imply any transfer of ownership of the content displayed in these slots, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
